Heliotrope Studio
Heliotrope Studio is an awesomely appointed, friendly space with lots of creative touches. Located a short distance from Saratoga Springs, NY, the studio is ever-changing as Charl paints and constructs new sets often. Multiple lighting options, including softboxes, strobes, tungsten spots, natural light, blacklights, and countless modifiers offer endless options for creating the perfect illumination for each subject. A wide assortment of props, including period interior accessories, antique and modern furniture, and a variety of textlies contribute to the final effect. There is also a private, wooded area on the property for truly lovely outdoor images with four seasons of spectacular natural settings.
